    About Dr Mona NASSEF

Dr Mona is a Doctor of Pharmacy (Faculty of Paris Sud) and the founder of Every Day Healthier, a cognitive performance practice working with professionals in France, Spain and Latin America.

She is the creator of the BRAIN Method™, a proprietary framework built on five evidence-based levers :
Behaviors, Recovery, Activation, Input and Neuro-Design. The method applies neuroscience and the biology of habit to address the root causes of cognitive fatigue, poor decision-making and sustained underperformance.

She holds a Master's degree from HEC Paris, ranked number one business school in Europe by the Financial Times for seven consecutive years.

Dr. Mona Nassef Cognitive Health Strategist

Before founding Every Day Healthier, Dr Mona spent over a decade as a strategic marketing consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, working with organizations including Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Bayer, Sanofi, Lilly, Hartmann and Bristol Myers Squibb, as well as French health regulatory bodies HAS and ANSM.

She contributed to Plavix (Clopidogrel), at the time the best-selling medication in the world, working across both the existing 75mg formulation and the launch of the 300mg dosage in France. She led and presented the French pharmaceutical market barometer in Paris, to an audience of 150+ senior executives from European pharmaceutical companies.

After almost a decade working along side the pharmaceutical industry, Dr Mona made a deliberate shift. Most health professionals treat symptoms. She chose to work on the conditions that create them, long before a prescription becomes necessary. Every Day Healthier was built on that conviction: that consistent, science-based micro-shifts in daily habits can durably improve energy, focus, mood and cognitive health.

She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

What your audience will take away

Listeners leave with a clearer understanding of why they feel the way they do at work, and a fundamentally different way of thinking about what to do about it. Not productivity tips. A science-based perspective on the real levers of cognitive performance, that makes the next step feel obvious rather than overwhelming.

    1. "The gym membership and the fruit bowl, what if they were making things worse?"

Fruit bowls, gym memberships, mindfulness apps : well-being spending in companies has never been higher. Results have never been more disappointing. This conversation explores why most corporate well-being programs treat the symptoms while leaving the root causes untouched, and what actually works instead.

    2. "Disciplined in January, burntout by March : why good resolutions always fall apart under pressure"

Most people blame themselves when good habits fall apart under pressure. Science suggests the problem is rarely the person or their willpower. It's the design. This conversation explores the biology of behavior change, and why the habits that survive pressure are almost never the ones that require the most effort.

    3. "Present but absent : the invisible cost your company has never measured"

Most companies track absenteeism. Almost none track what happens when exhausted employees show up anyway, physically present, cognitively elsewhere. This conversation explores the hidden performance leak that doesn't appear in HR dashboards, and why it often costs more than absence itself.

    4. "Exhausted by end of day without knowing why : what the architecture of your workday does to your brain"

Most people assume that feeling drained by the end of the day is just part of how work works. It isn't. This conversation explores how the invisible structure of a workday (the way time, attention and energy are organized) quietly depletes mental performance, and what changes when that structure is redesigned.

    5. "Sleep less to do more : the myth that costs more than you think"

Most people who sleep less than they should believe they've adapted. Science says otherwise. This conversation explores what chronic sleep debt actually does to performance, decision-making and mental clarity, and the practical shifts that make a real difference without overhauling your entire life.

    6. "Why the energy rituals of the highest performers look nothing like what you read about"

Most professionals spend their day running on the wrong fuel, wondering why their focus collapses by mid-afternoon. This conversation explores the science of cognitive energy : what actually sustains sharp thinking throughout the day, what undermines it without people realizing, and the small practical shifts that make a measurable difference.
