I work on the conditions that create them.

I trained as a Doctor of Pharmacy at Université Paris-Sud (Châtenay-Malabry) — which means I spent years understanding how the human body and brain respond to what we put into them, how we treat them, and how we push them.
What I discovered along the way changed how I work : medication is often not the answer. The real answer is upstream, in the daily habits, biological conditions, and cognitive environment that determine how well a human being actually functions.
That realization led me to specialize in Preventive Medicine. Not reactive care. Prevention, grounded in neuroscience, habit science, and the biology of sustainable performance.
Over the years, I worked with individuals — executives, entrepreneurs, high-performers — helping them rebuild their energy, sharpen their focus, and create habits that hold under pressure.
What became clear is that the same principles that transform individual performance apply at the organizational level. Chronic cognitive fatigue, poor recovery, fragmented attention — these aren't personal problems. They're systemic ones. And they have systemic solutions.
That's why I developed The Cognitive Performance Strategy™ — a structured, neuroscience-based program designed to address these challenges at the team and organizational level.
